Paul Maximuk joins Newcomb & Boyd as an Intelligent Building Consultant. He earned his Associate of Applied Science in HVAC from Triton College in 1984.
Paul’s hometown is Ottawa, IL, and he currently lives in Whitmore Lake, MI with his wife, Emmy. He has three sons: Daniel, Josh, and Paul. Additionally, he has two fur children: a six-year-old Bichon, Luca, and a three-year-old Chihuahua, Stewie.
Paul’s interests include boating, fishing, hunting, and traveling. The furthest he’s been from home is Zimbabwe, and his favorite trip was spending a week in Cabo San Lucas with his wife. His ideal vacation would be going to Costa Rica to zip-line in the mountains and deep-sea fish.
Paul joins us with deep experience in building controls, commissioning, and intelligent buildings implementation. In his most recent position, he managed smart building programs, innovation and construction projects for a major automotive manufacturer. He’s eager to apply his experience as an Owner to help others on the path to Intelligent Buildings and successful Operation Technology projects.
