Davidson College Vance Athletic Center

The Harry L. Vance Athletic Center, a two story addition to the Belk Arena of the Baker Sports Complex, houses two varsity basketball and volleyball practice gyms, team facilities, and coaches’ offices. Additionally, the complex includes a non-varsity cardio-weight room, a wellness classroom, and dance studios for use by the general student body.
Athens High School Expansion
Architect: Goodwyn Mills and Cawood, Inc.
Expansion of the high school to house practice and competition gymnasiums, tiered lecture classrooms with a high level of technology, and an 830 seat auditorium.
RiverDogs Stadium The Riley Park Club
Architect: LS3P Associates Ltd.
A luxury event space for baseball games, as well as weddings, meetings, and banquets. The space features lounge seating in the club, 100 padded, stadium-style seats outside, a drink rail overlooking the ball field, and a reclaimed wood floor.
Georgia Tech Byers Tennis Complex
Architect: Woolpert, Inc.
Renovation and expansion of the Ken Byers Tennis Complex, including an 18,000 square foot addition including three indoor tennis courts and facility amenity improvements. The renovation will elevate the Center’s appearance and function to reflect its standing as a NCAA Division 1 tennis facility.
