401K contributions begin on Day 1

401K Plan: Newcomb & Boyd matches 50% up to the first 5% of your elected deferral. This includes both pre-tax and Roth. Employee vesting begins immediately.

Professional Registration Bonus: Employees receive a bonus when they become registered professionals in their trade such as PE, RCDD, CPD etc.). Newcomb & Boyd will pay for the time employees are applying for and testing for licenses or registrations.
