About this project
Design and commissioning of a five-story building for the College of Medicine. The facility includes 54,000 square feet of research laboratories, offices, and classrooms for the medical education program, as well as a 33,000 square foot anatomy laboratory suite, 92,000 square feet of research laboratories, and a 32,000 square foot vivarium. Commissioning includes performance verification of the mechanical and electrical systems and the HVAC controls.
