Intelligent buildings and security systems for Fifth & Dinwiddie East and West development, a mixed-use residential and retail complex, including 142 residential rental units, a restaurant, and open air retail spaces along Fifth Street. This complex is pursuing core and shell RESET, as well as Fitwel certification, and certification from Passive House Institute.
