A 600 bed residential life building with living-learning, community, and academic support space. Community space includes a 100 seat performance hall, learning spaces, music practice rooms, library, painting studios. The complex also includes maker spaces, including fabrication, welding, router and spray booth rooms.
Residents can be involved in three living-learning communities for the arts and entrepreneurship which provide an opportunity to connect their academic and co-curricular experiences. Sustainable features include energy-efficient HVAC systems and windows, water-efficient plumbing, refillable water bottle stations, and building materials secured through sustainable procurement practices. The complex is pursuing LEED Silver Certification.
