PRINCIPAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Review and update Employee Expense Reports
  • Process Employee Expense Reports on a monthly basis
  • Process and submit invoices to clients
  • Update and verify project details as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years Accounting experience
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Must feel comfortable in a deadline based environment
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with employees and Clients
  • Accounting Software experience. Deltek Vision experience is a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Must pass a background check
  • PRINCIPAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Marketing the services of the Lighting Design Group
  • Lighting layouts, lighting calculations, fixture schedules, control intent, energy code compliance and specifications
  • Creating presentation materials including renderings and graphic packages, utilizing computer and hand sketches
  • Providing deliverables that meet quality assurance standards
  • Developing project cost budgets
  • Continuing education, including current technologies and trends


  • DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Architectural Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or Architectural Engineering
  • Lighting Certified (LC) by the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, AGi32, and MS Office
  • Experience in Adobe CS/CC, Comcheck, Rhino, SketchUp, and Revit a plus

    PRINCIPAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Support the company with the design of complex plumbing systems
  • Prepare 2 and 3-dimensional construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Design domestic water, sanitary, waste and vent systems, fuel systems, medical gas systems, and laboratory gas systems
  • Prepare documents and calculations for the LEED certification process
  • Coordinate design efforts working closely with our in-house disciplines, architectural clients, and building owners
  • Diagnose problems and propose solutions
  • Plan project production process


  • DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • CPD a plus
  • Proficient in AutoCAD. Revit experience would be a plus.
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Laboratory and/or healthcare design experience a plus
  • A solid technical base with a desire to learn, to lead, and to grow into senior engineer and project management positions
  • A desire to help our clients achieve their project goals
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • PRINCIPAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Support the company with the design of fire protection systems
  • Prepare 2 and 3-dimensional construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Coordinate design efforts working closely with our in-house disciplines, architectural clients, and building owners
  • Diagnose problems and propose solutions


  • DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineering
  • EIT or PE beneficial
  • Proficient in AutoCAD. Revit experience would be a plus
  • Four years experience in the consulting business including water-based extinguishing systems, fire alarm and mass notification, smoke control, and special hazards systems
  • A solid technical base with a desire to learn, to lead, and to grow into senior engineer and project management positions
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)

Newcomb & Boyd will provide matching contribution of 100% of your discretionary salary deferrals that do not exceed 1% of your compensation plus 50% of your discretionary salary deferrals between 1% and 4% of your compensation. This match is subject to a two year vesting schedule.
