John Fitzpatrick joins the Consulting Engineer Group in Atlanta as an Electrical Engineer. He earned his Associate of Applied Science in Avionic Systems Technology degree from Community College of the Air Force in 2007 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University in 2016 with his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology degree.
John, who is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, lives in Austell, Georgia with his wife, Jaime, and three cats, Hagrid, Luna, and Penelope. John enjoys playing games, including card games like no limit texas hold ’em, rogue-like video games, and Eurogames, like Catan. He is passionate about teaching others about the new age of board games.

In their spare time, John and his wife like to go to conventions, including Gen Con in Indianapolis and Dragon Con.

John is a Bluebeam specialist and enjoys teaching others the ins and outs of the software.

Engineering is John’s fourth career. He started off as an Internet Technology Support personnel, then spent four years in the Air Force, and finally worked for a medical equipment company before settling into his engineering career.
