A 25,380 square foot expansion and 1,620 square foot renovation of the Russ Chandler Baseball Stadium, including batting cages, pitching lab, video room, concessions, restrooms, ticketing, and the multi-use Champions Hall.
In Design: Redevelopment of the 25-acre Boulevard Crossing Park, including two multi-purpose athletic fields, splash pad, park maintenance facility and parking lot, utility building, and an open-air pavilion. This project is pursuing SITES certification.
The addition of a performing arts center and a gymnasium, as well as replacement of boilers, for the 2,900 student North Cobb High School. The 30,600 square foot performing arts center houses a 750 seat auditorium, a 1,590 square foot black box theatre, dressing rooms, and concessions. The gymnasium accommodates 3,000 people and features an indoor track, varsity basketball and football lockers, showers, a training room, coaches offices, a laundry room and concessions.
Architectural acoustics and mechanical noise control. Acoustical elements include theatre wall and ceiling shaping to promote a feeling of musical intimacy, reverberation control to enhance speech intelligibility and to allow the audio system to function effectively, and mechanical noise control in each space to limit background noise.
The Riley Park Club at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park is a luxury event space for baseball games, as well as weddings, meetings, and banquets. Walls of glass provide a 360-degree view of the ball field and the Ashley River Marsh. The space features lounge seating in the club, 100 padded, stadium-style seats outside, a drink rail overlooking the ball field, and a reclaimed wood floor. Riley Park is home to the minor league baseball team, the RiverDogs, as well as The Citadel baseball team.
Development of an RFP, bridging documents, and basic and enhanced commissioning for the expansion and renovation of the Charleston Civic Center Coliseum consisting of a 13,500 seat venue and a 30,500 square foot event space supporting sports events, trade shows, conventions, and attractions.

Design phase commissioning of the two story McIntosh Track and Field Building, which houses offices, locker rooms, weight rooms, and a laundry room, serves as the base of competitive and tournament operations and student-athlete services for the University’s track and field program. This building is the first LEED certified project on the Florida State University campus.
A renovation of, and 99,100 square foot addition to, the 51,800 square foot Westminster Turner Gymnasium serving a private school for pre-k through 12th grade. The three story facility includes a natatorium, practice and performance gyms, racquetball court, track, multipurpose fitness center, locker rooms, laundry, and office space.
