Lucas Theatre for the Arts Restoration

Restoration and conversion of the Lucas Theatre for the Arts, a 1920s movie palace, into a 1,400 seat multipurpose theatre supporting traveling Broadway theatre productions, local events, business meetings, symphony productions, and other performances. The work includes replacement of all major building systems, and restoration of decorative interior treatments.
