In addition to open office space, the building includes a large divisible conference room on the entry level, and a snack bar. Sustainable features include an energy recovery unit, demand controlled ventilation (CO2 monitoring), zone thermostatic control, optimum start control, off-hour controls, a waterside economizer, fan system power limitation, daylighting, low density lighting, and lighting controls.
