Responsibilities
  • Lead testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) projects
  • Prepare TAB plans
  • Prepare templates, documentation, and calculations for testing of systems
  • Assist with commissioning and retro-commissioning projects
  • Lead in-depth functional testing of complex engineered systems
  • Lead team meetings, plan and manage schedule for acceptance testing team
  • Analyze testing results and evaluate proper and optimized operations of complex engineered systems
  • Provide support for our HVAC design services, related to TAB issues
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Reside in Atlanta, or willingness to relocate to Atlanta
  • Desire to develop knowledge, skills and abilities in the trade, and advance in a career in the commissioning industry
  • Demonstrates exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to travel 80% of time
  • Prioritizes effectively, have good follow-through, and practice self-implemented quality control measures
  • Ability to communicate well in writing, as well as verbally
  • Desire to attain Cx certifications
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of HVAC system concepts
Education/Experience
  • NEBB or AABC TAB certification required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience performing TAB for large commercial projects
  • Cx and/or controls certifications preferred
