The Science and Technology Building is a two structure complex housing the School of Industrial Technology and the Department of Chemistry. The five story research facility includes a 125 MHz NMR, a 350 MHz NMR, high-bay space, wet laboratories, computer, research, and biology laboratories, and the three story building houses classrooms, lecture halls, and offices.
The complex is served by a 9,000 ton campus chilled water plant. The plant houses three chillers providing 4,500 tons of capacity and is designed to accommodate three additional chillers providing another 4,500 tons of capacity. Underground chilled water distribution piping is routed across the campus to serve other buildings.
